International Orders

Shipping duration may vary depending on the destination country. We offer both economy shipping options and expedited shipping via USPS for quicker delivery.

Taxes & Duties

Orders outside of the United States may incur additional duties and taxes that may apply to checkout or at the time of delivery. For more information, contact your postal office or local government, or contact us for assistance.

If a customer refuses to pay customs fees, Antara Allure will not be held responsible and will not refund any orders which has not been sent back to our facility.

Antara Allure will not be held responsible for:

• Wrong address given by customers
• Mistakes and or damages made by the courier
• P.O. Box issues
• Stolen packages after delivery
• Delays to the courier or postal holds issued by your country
• Any fees issued by customs which have not been paid for by the customer

Lost or stolen packages are not the responsibility of our company. In the event that your package was delivered with proof of delivery by the courier and you still did not receive it, please file a complaint with the courier in your area.

Please note, after a package has left our facility, our control over it is limited. The delivery time estimates provided are only approximate (not including holidays). We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the courier, particularly during busy periods.
