At Antara Allure we stand by the quality of our products but we will be happy to accept returns within 15 days from the date of delivery. Inquiries are handled on a case-by case basis with the goal to ensure our customers are satisfied. To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition you received, unworn or unused, with the tags attached. All shipping fees paid on your original order are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

At the current moment we do not offer exchanges due to our limited selection of products.

What items cannot be returned?

Due to hygienic considerations, we do not allow for returns or exchanges on our undercaps and scrunchies.

Hijabs marked down to $4.99, and collection sets are considered final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Items purchased during any sales such as Black Friday, Eid/Ramadan sales, Hijab sales, clearance, etc will not be eligible for returns/exchanges.

What if my product arrives defective?

If your product has any defects, please email our customer care team at [email protected] with your order number and a picture of the product in question. Inquiries will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

International Return Policy

If you wish to make a return, we accept returns within 15 days from the date of delivery. Any custom duties/fees that were paid during the initial checkout or time of delivery are nonrefundable.
